Franklin Elementary School

Amanda Guenthner

Hey! My name is Amanda Guenthner and this is my sixth year teaching third grade at Ben Franklin. I grew up in Rochester and graduated from John Marshall High School in 2004. I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Elementary Education and an emphasis in Social Studies. When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending my time with my family, my daughter Amelia, who is 3 years old, my son Max, who is 6 months old and my husband Tyler. I also enjoy reading, shopping for antiques, hiking, anything outdoors and of course teaching! I love my job and can’t think of anything I would rather do.

Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have anytime throughout the year. I am really looking forward to getting to know you and your child.
